El Paso Water assigns irrigation days by whether a property address is even or odd, and the
assignment is easy to get backwards. This page states the published schedule.
The assigned days
| Address | Permitted days |
|---|---|
| EVEN-numbered | Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays |
| ODD-numbered | Wednesdays, Fridays or Sundays |
| Any address | No residential watering on Mondays |
Landscaped areas may be watered up to three times a week year-round on the assigned days. The
schedule is a ceiling, not a requirement.
The time-of-day restriction
From April 1 through September 30, outdoor watering is only permitted before 10 a.m. or after
6 p.m. A permitted day still carries that restriction, so a mid-afternoon cycle on an assigned day is
outside the rule.
