Privacy Policy
This page sets out, in plain terms, what El Paso Lawn and Landscape does with information about the people who contact us. It is written to be read rather than skimmed, because a privacy notice that nobody understands protects nobody.
What we hold
Almost everything we hold about you, you gave us on purpose. If you telephone, our system receives the number you are calling from, and we keep whatever you tell us about the property and the work you want done. Calls may be recorded so that measurements, access notes and scheduling details are not lost or misremembered between the call and the site visit. If you complete the quote request form, we hold the details entered on it. Separately, and automatically, the website records ordinary technical information — the type of browser used, the pages opened, and the approximate region the request came from.
Why we have it
To answer you, to arrange and price an estimate, and to carry out work you have asked for. That is the whole of it. We do not build marketing profiles from enquiry details, and we do not contact people who have not contacted us first.
Who else sees it
Your information is not sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else’s marketing. It is seen by the people arranging or performing your work, and by the ordinary service providers that make a business run — the telephone system that carries the call, the hosting that serves this website. Those providers act on our instructions. We will disclose information where the law requires it, and not otherwise.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept while they are useful for scheduling, follow-up work and our own business records, and are disposed of when they no longer serve that purpose.
Cookies and measurement
This site may use standard analytics that set cookies to count visits and show which pages are read. Every current browser lets you block or delete cookies, and the site remains usable if you do.

If this notice changes, the revised version is published here.
